Chinese, Thai and Singaporean influences also abound at this late night cafe, who ladle up one of the best traditional Pho Bo soups in town – and there’s plenty of competition these days. We’re not sure how authentically Vietnamese they are, but the Apple Pie and Dark & White Cheesecake both merit the slight detour from the city centre.
