This new casual dining offering from Anthony Gray, who’s also the driving force behind the excellent Sligo Food Trail, is packing them in with its Southern Fried Pork Cheeks, Confit of Duck Potato Rosti and other interesting takes on old favourites. They open early for breakfast with the Sourdough Bacon Sarnie and Corned Beef Hash Cakes splitting the Best Of Ireland vote.
