Some people find it a little brash, but we love this ultra-modern eatery, which is as serious about its cool club tunes as it is its poshed-up Chinese street food. The décor is pure Blade Runner and the service just the right side of brisk. Adventurous diners should give the Preserved Duck Egg, Pickled Soy & Black Vinegar a go.
