Having formerly operated in the Blessington area as a food truck, this French pizzeria and bakery moved into permanent D8 digs a couple of years ago. What distinguishes them from the competition is that Gaillot et Gray top their masterpieces with emmental rather than buffalo mozzarella. Italians may balk at this Gallic liberty taking, but they sure taste good!
