COCKTAIL RECIPE: Zingi Rhubarb Fizz

Serves 2

A tantalising mix, the Zingi Rhubarb Fizz provides the perfect balance of sweet, tart and spiced flavours making for a festive crowd-pleaser. Zingibeer is the brainchild of father-daughter duo Kevin and Rachel Byrne

Ingredients
70ml vodka
20ml rhubarb syrup
15ml lemon juice
2 drops of bitters
1 bottle of Zingibeer Ginger Beer

Method
Add all ingredients bar Zingi’s Ginger Beer to your cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Strain the mix into two glasses of your choice and top up with Zingibeer to make a drink as long or as short as you like!
