Part of a bustling local food scene – near neighbour Monk’s Lane is also well worth a visit – this shrine to West Cork produce reflects the time chef Richard Milnes spent working for Heston Blumenthal in his legendary gastropub, The Fat Duck. Richard makes sure to put his own stamp on things, though, with the Smoked Tuna & Mackerel, Asian Slaw, Black Garlic Aioli & Toasted Hazelnut a fusion-y favourite of ours.
