D6 has been enjoying a foodie renaissance, with lots of smart new restaurants open- ing. ‘Seasonal and Irish’ is the mantra at Craft, which is lovingly presided over by chef-owner Philip Yeung, who goes the extra yard to source local artisan ingredients and frequently changes the menu. The result is a thoroughly deserved Bib Gourmand from Michelin in 2018 and 2019. Saturday and Sunday lunch are a big thing here with the Spring Onion Cream Bacon Waffle as delicious as it sounds.
