Of all the half-baked ideas we’ve heard recently, this is one of the best! Hot Press’ near Bolton Street, Dublin 1 neighbours BoCo have conjured up a part-cooked pizza kit that you assemble at home.

Containing everything you need to make two, three or four hearty pizzas, the kits include woodfired bases, crushed tomato sauce, Toonsbridge Fior di Latte cheeese, the toppings for whatever pizzas you’ve ordered and BoCo’s wondrous woodfired garlic mayo.

Pre-order 24/7 for delivery on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4pm-6pm. The kits will keep in the fridge for three days and the packaging is 100% compostable so you can stick it in your green bin.
