There are a lot of influences at play in the menu here – the head chef Kenan Pehlivan has worked in kitchens on two continents and came to Tullamore via-Dublin’s L’Ecrivain. While there’s an unmistakable French panache and international flourishes to the dishes, the over-riding theme is modern Irish cooking at its very best. They get extra marks for having a Vegetarian Menu that’s every bit as appealing as the meaty and fishy ones.
