Hidden away in a part of Dublin not normally renowned for its restaurants, Ken Doherty and Gwen McGrath’s eccentric Italy-meets-the-Middle East joint offers such unexpected delights as Goat with Yoghurt; Red Onion & Blackberry Relish; Nduja Rolls with Ricotta, and Radicchio, Walnut & Pomegranate. It’s all ridiculously good and ridiculously cheap. Note that Assassination Custard – great name! – is only open for dinner when parties of six or more pre-book.
