Trailer for sci-fi drama The End of Oak Street released
The movie is directed by It Follows' David Robert Mitchell
The trailer the mystery sci-fi The End of Oak Street has been released. The movie will be released in theatres on August 14.
The film centres on a mysterious event in which part of a suburb, Oak Street, is transported to a different location. This leaves the Pratt family struggling to navigate their unfamiliar new environment.
Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor play the lead roles. The film is directed by David Robert Mitchell, who previously directed the horror film It Follows. J. J. Abrams, responsible for most of the Star Wars sequels, acts as one of the producers.
Hathaway has just finished her press tour for The Devil Wears Prada 2, which was released exactly 20 years after the original film. She is also set to appear as Penelope in Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey.
Hot Press reviewed The Devil Wears Prada 2 as "breezy, watchable, glamorous and fun – though I couldn't help wishing that some of Andy's commitment to intelligence, nuance, and her idealistic belief in integrity, truth and equality shone through a little more. But then, maybe that's just not Runway."
