Saved By The Bell Reboot gets teaser trailer
The reboot will air on new streaming service Peacock.
Despite the fact that there is no premiere date for the Saved By The Bell reboot (due to – you guessed it – the Coronavirus halting production), the series has unveiled its first teaser trailer.
Old cast members Mario Lopez, Elizabeth Berkley and Mark-Paul Gosselaar are joined by a host of younger, new characters. Everyone will find themselves somehow connected to to Bayside High. Among the new cast members is transgender actress Josie Totah, who will play Lexi: “a beautiful, sharp-tongued cheerleader and the most popular girl at Bayside High who is both admired and feared by her fellow students.”
Watch the trailer via the Peacock TV Twitter page.
