It all adds up to the ultimate reunion experience for Oasis fans, old and new.

“The great wait is over as we now bring Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger to as many people as possible through Disney+, and to be doing it with exclusive unseen footage too, is so exciting for fans,” enthuses Angela Jain, Head of Content, Disney+ EMEA. “The Oasis reunion has been one of our defining cultural moments of recent times. We have seen how the documentary has resonated with audiences around the world as they celebrate the power of Oasis and music through this evocative and moving reunion story.”

Liam and Noel at the Don't Look Back In Anger premiere. The year’s highest-grossing documentary feature film on both sides of the Irish Sea, its creator is Steven Knight, the Oscar and BAFTA nominee who’s previously brought us the likes of Peaky Blinders and House Of Guinness, and is currently working on the next James Bond movie.
“I believe it captures the spirit and emotion of a global cultural moment and does justice to the wit and genius of two exceptional people,” Steven agrees. “I wanted to tell the story of the brothers and the band but just as important, the story of the fans whose lives the music has touched and sometimes changed forever. It is also the story of how music and songwriting can unite generations, cultures, countries, and in a time of spite and division, give us all some reason to hope.”
