Netflix's Heartstopper season 2 has been confirmed to drop this summer
Coming this August, Heartstopper's second season will be available for streaming on Netflix.
After being confirmed for a second season almost a year ago, the release date for Netflix Top Ten series Heartstopper's season two has just been announced.
Based off of Alice Oseman's Heartstopper graphic novel, the eight-episode season will arrive August 3rd.
Following the entangled love-lives of Nick, played by Kit Connor, and Charlie, played by Joe Locke, the series will also explore unforeseen challenges plaguing Tara and Darcy and Tao and Elle's own relationship strifes. Compounding it all, the struggles of school, like a class trip to Paris and prom, add additional obstacles for the group of friends to face.
The coming-of-age drama is produced by See-Saw Films, Heartstopper is produced and created by the author Alice Oseman and directed by Euros Lyn. Joining the two as executive producers are Patrick Walters, Iain Canning, and Emile Sherman.
