HBO Max to launch in UK & Ireland
HBO Max is already available in over 110 territories.
HBO Max has announced that it will launch in the UK and Ireland on March 26.
UK and Irish audiences will be able to stream content from Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Television, DC Studios, and Max Originals on HBO Max.
Emmy, Golden Globe and Critics' Choice award-winning The Pitt will premiere in Britain and in Ireland on the day of the launch, with season one being immediately available, and episodes of the latest second season releasing weekly.
A range of series will be available on the streaming platform, including the new HBO Original series Lanterns, the upcoming Harry Potter TV series, Euphoria, Succession, Friends, The Sopranos, as well as Game of Thrones.
For the first few months alone, subscribers will also have access to new HBO Original Series, including DFT St. Louis, Rooster and The Comeback.
Elsewhere, films including Superman, One Battle After Another, Sinners, A Minecraft Movie, and Dune: Part One will be on HBO Max.
Sports fans will be able to access their TNT Sports streaming accounts via HBO Max, having access to Premier League, Emirates FA Cup, Adobe Women's FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, Gallagher PREM Rugby, Premiership Women's Rugby, UFC, MotoGP, Grand Slam tennis, Grand Tour cycling and more.
HBO Max will have four monthly entertainment plans to choose from, starting at €7.99 a month, and the service will be available here or via partners such as Sky or Prime Video.
