Irish drive-in cinema to screen Shrek, Back to the Future, Anchorman and The Secret Life of Pets
Taking place on June 13th and 14th, 2020.
A drive-in cinema event is set to take place in Causey Farm, Co. Meath during the weekend of June 13th and 14th, 2020.
Classic, family-friendly films such as Shrek, Back to the Future, The Secret Life of Pets and Anchorman are all on the bill, with tickets from €25 on sale now from Ticketweb.
With the coronavirus restrictions leading to the closure of cinemas during lockdown, event companies are discovering creative ways to host gatherings with social-distancing.
Drive-in concerts are scheduled to take place throughout the summer, with Gavin James and Hermitage Green ready to perform for crowds in Limerick, Cork, Killarney, Kilkenny and Dublin.
Cinema-goers can now have a vintage viewing experience at Causey Farm - usually known for its Farmaphobia Halloween events - with full showing times for each movie below:
Shrek: Saturday, June 13th at 2.00PM
Back to the Future: Saturday, June 13th at 5PM
The Secret Life of Pets: Sunday, June 14th at 3PM
Anchorman: Sunday, June 14th at 6PM
Due to the unprecedented situation in relation to Covid19, Drive in Cinema are aiming to adhere to Government guidelines.
Procedures will be in place over the weekend to implement social distancing, and event organisers are asking cinema-goers to arrive in your car, stay in your car and leave in your car.
Only one family will also be permitted to use the toilets and facilities at any given time.
Get your tickets for the drive-in cinema weekend now from Ticketweb.
