WATCH: Hilary Clinton or Donald Trump, who does the Simpsons want answering that 3am phone–call?
America's most popular family makes it clear who they want to see next in the White House
The long–running show released a short clip on YouTube late Sunday night showing their feelings on the upcoming US presidential election.
The clip shows Marge and Homer in bed watching some political advertising on television while trying to decide who to vote for.
Riffing off of Hilary Clinton's famous '3am' advertisement from her 2008 campaign, clips of both Clinton and Trump are shown answering an important phone–call in the White House at 3am.
While the clip lightly mocks Clinton and her husband, it takes no prisoners with its portrayal of Donald Trump and makes it clear how the creators feel about the possibilities of him becoming president.
