Warhol and Banksy works to feature at Art and Soul festival near Belfast
The event features outdoor and indoor exhibitions and showcases works by both Irish and international artists, including Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, and Banksy
Irish and international artwork worth €7 million will be featured at the Art and Soul festival at the Culloden Estate and Spa outside Belfast on Sunday, July 27.
Over 350 pieces by the likes of Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Banksy, and Salvador Dali will be displayed at Ireland's biggest art and sculpture event.
The free exhibition runs until August 31 and also features 90 large sculptures and installations showcased throughout the gardens of the estate. Visitors can also take a look at more than 70 smaller sculptures displayed inside the hotel.
Irish sculptors featured in the festival include Ian Pollock, Eamonn Ceannt, Paddy Campbell, and Sandra Bell.
“Art and Soul gives art lovers a unique opportunity to view these incredible works of art in the beautiful surroundings of the Culloden, the perfect setting to showcase some of the most celebrated artists of our time,” commented organiser Oliver Gormley.
Gormleys Gallery has been running the annual exhibition for thirteen years, with the Culloden Estate and Spa hosting the festival for over a decade.
“We’re thrilled to welcome guests to explore this exceptional celebration of creativity and culture in one of the most beautiful settings in Ireland,” said Culloden chairman Howard Hastings.
