Trailer released for new comedy series The Pete Doherty Show

A trailer has been released for a new YouTube comedy series, The Pete Doherty Show, featuring The Libertines frontman Peter Doherty and comedian Josh Pugh.

The show, set in Margate, England, sees the musician and stand-up comic perform unusual interviews, comedy and challenges.

The premiere date for the show's first episode has yet to be announced.

The Libertines’ are currently on a festival run through the UK, including shows at the Truck Festival, Discovery Festival, Y Not Festival and more. Prior to that, they toured in 2024 in support of their latest album released the same year, All Quiet on the Eastern Esplanade.

Alongside his work with The Libertines, Doherty has also been touring with his reunited band, Babyshambles, with dates in Cork, Dublin and Belfast next month. He has also shared solo singles such as ‘Serenity,’ released this past January.

Pugh will also tour the UK come September with his stand-up show Ha Ha, Yeah Sound. He also has a new Channel 4 sitcom, Stepping Up, which he wrote and stars in.
