Rowan share debut EP 'No One Is Safe Here'

Rowan's first release, 'Finish Line', cemented the group as an exciting new act in Irish music. Now, the Indie trio have returned with their debut EP, No One Is Safe Here.

The band have supported renowned artists such as Badly Drawn Boy, The Walls, Duke Special, Brian Deady, and Hamsandwich, and earned international recognition with an IMA nomination – judged by Robert Smith, Tom Waits, Roberta Flack and many others – for their song ‘Big Wave’.

Recorded in Attica Studios in Donegal, No One Is Safe Here is a symphonic indie collection of both anthems and ballads, born out of an emotionally unsure and turbulent time. The title is derived from the zeitgeist of the uncertainty of the 2020’s so far, contrasted by the upbeat nature of the majority of the tracks. It is an apt representation of the rollercoaster we have all been stuck on in the past year.
