RikShaw debuts trap-infused 'Crush'

If you aren't listening to RikShaw yet, you should be. The Coolock-born rapper's first single of 2020, 'Crush', is a melodic, trap-infused gem.

Featuring production from Flash the Delivery Guy, the heavy trap beat is offset by the levity in RikShaw's vocal.

"I always find when I make these type of melodic tracks I’m taking inspiration from artists who I’m fucking with at the time," says RikShaw. "But when I make the track I always put my own spin on it, for instance – the type of sound came about because I was listening to a lot of Yung Bans, but it’s important to take your inspirations and run with them rather than doing the exact same thing.”

2020 is set to be a big year for RikShaw, so keep an eye out.
