Culture Night's 2017 programme is live
The all-Ireland celebration of arts and culture takes place on Friday, September 22.
Thirteen years running, the one-night countrywide event is its biggest to date. Over 1,400 venues will open their doors this year for the late-night programme.
Highlights include a performance of Nora in Dublin's Theatre Festival. Nora is an adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's 'A Doll's House', and is taking place at Mermaid Arts Centre in Wicklow.
Pop-up trad tour Scoil Acla take to the road across Mayo's Achill Island. Kildare will witness an "urban art gallery" featuring local artist Jamie Dunne.
In Sligo transdisciplinary artist Suzanne Walsh will weave an immersive soundscape at The Mall, Rathquarter.
