Boyzone Share New Single 'Because', Co-Written By Ed Sheeran
Legendary boyband Boyzone's new single 'Because' is out now, from their upcoming final album Thank You and Good Night.
The anthemic love song was co-written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, John Shanks and Ronan Keating. Sheeran is a long-term friend of Boyzone member Keating, having performed at his wedding in 2015.
The video, featuring Boyzone performing the song through karaoke, can be seen below.
The track, along with the previously released 'I Can Dream' are provided as instant downloads for fans who pre-order Thank You & Goodnight. In addition to Ed Sheeran, the twelve-track album finds Boyzone collaborating with another special guest songwriter in Take That's Gary Barlow on song ‘Love’.
The record is out November 6, 2018.
To promote their last album, Boyzone will perform a farewell tour commencing next January. It includes a show at Dublin’s 3Arena on January 24th.
