All their Ducks in a Row

Roasted to crispy perfection in a traditional Chinese ‘bullet oven’, the duck, pork and chicken in Duck Hong Kong BBQ are to die for, as are the deli’s meat, fish and veggie soup noodles. It’s also home to the Duck Spice Box, a new take on an Irish Chinese classic magicked up for them by celebrity chef Kwanghi Chan who’ll be participating this month in Asia Market’s Chinese New Year celebrations. The picture window is great for Creative Quarter people watching, with the added theatre of the chefs chopping and slicing their wares.
