The iconic Irish singer-songwriter will be playing three concerts in Ireland next year
One of the industry's true legends will mark an astonishing 50 year anniversary in 2017. Gilbert O'Sullivan made his first foray into the music business nearly five decades ago with the release of his debut single 'Disappear'. It launched O'Sullivan on a career that is still thriving - seeing him dominate the charts in the seventies and continue to enjoy success and acclaim to the present day.
Following the UK chart success of his Essential Collection album this summer, Gilbert will take his eight piece band back on the road early next year, playing a series of UK and Irish shows including Cork Opera House on Feb 14 and the Ulster Hall, Belfast, Feb 17.
He will also play one very special night at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre Dublin on 16 February, which will for that date only, see him perform with the 30 piece RTE Concert Orchestra.
Tickets will go on sale Thursday July 7 at 9am.
