West Hollywood Halloween Carnival

Held annually every October 31st, the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival sees nearly 500,000 people take to the streets of West Hollywood to enjoy the some of the most creative and eclectic entertainment and costume creations around. The West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnival runs along Santa Monica Boulevard. Here are just some of the scenes witnessed last night!
