Three years after The 8th Amendment was repealed (Photos)

Today we’re going through the photos of a journey towards abortion rights for women as May 25th marks the 3rd anniversary of the Repeal the 8th vote.

We look at images of demonstrations like the one organized by ROSA with a group of women dressed like The Handmaid Tale’s characters in Dublin or the heroic angels of the Repeal; events like Together for Yes at Whelan’s With Lisa Hannigan, Conor O’Brien and Paul Noonan; familiar faces of the cause like Ana Cosgrave from the Repeal Project and the leaders of the Together for Yes movement Orla O'Connor, Ailbhe Smyth and Grainne Griffin; and the long queues to get Repeal the 8th merchandise in Temple Bar.
