The Vaselines at The Grand Social (Photos)

The Glasgow legends (who Kurt Cobain once described as his "favorite songwriters in the whole world”) returned to Dublin with a sold-out show at The Grand Social. The stripped down lineup of Frances McKee and Eugene Kelly delivered such classics as ‘Molly's Lips’, ‘Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam’ and ‘Son of a Gun’ and the capacity crowd lapped it up. Special guest Molly Vulpine aired material from her forthcoming album, most notably ‘Hook’ (which will be available in April on purple vinyl as a split 7” with Brazilian 2 piece Yur Mum).
