Renowned musician Sharon Shannon played a very intimate gig at the Theatre Royal Waterford on Friday night. The multi-instrumentalist with a career spanning more than 35 years remains incredibly grounded. Her love of music, and being on stage still shines through. For Friday night's show, the County Clare accordion player was joined by her great friend Jerry O'Connor, her nephew Killian Shannon, and special guest, singer and concertina player Róisín Broderick.
