If you were at one of the shows highlighted on this gallery, you are probably getting older (and wiser), yes, but you are terribly lucky. Anyone who witnessed him playing live at a sweaty venue or an open air festival, they know Mr. Gallagher was a master of the electric guitar and the most important ambassador of Irish blues-rock.
