NSOI: Bill Whelan at 75 at The National Concert Hall (Photos)

The National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland (NSOI) celebrated award-winning Irish composer Bill Whelan’s 75th Birthday on Friday at the National Concert Hall. The evening featured a chat between Paul Herriott and Mr Whelan himself, as well as the debut of a new piece commissioned by the NSOI and the Riverdance Symphonic Suite.
