Les Amazones d’Afrique at the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival (Photos)

Les Amazones d’Afrique stars Mamani Keïta, Oumou Sangaré, and Mariam Doumbia brought energy and colour to St. Lukes for Guinness Cork Jazz Festival. The musical collective, formed in Bamako, Mali, in 2014, unites female artists from Africa and the diaspora to advocate for women’s and girls’ rights through powerful and harmonious music that brings audiences to their feet, and St. Lukes was treated to the festival atmosphere on Saturday night.
