Grant-Lee Phillips and Josh Rouse joined forces in a show with individual sets that ended up in a collaborative act with both musicians playing together songs like 'Boys Don't Cry' and 'Empire State'. "I love to be back in the old Whelan's", said Phillips during his visit in Dublin right after Rouse warmed up the stage with old and new songs of his repertoire, "it’s so nice and quiet, last time I was here people were so noisy, probably because it was a Saturday night".
