On a dimly lit stage, Chan Marshall treated a packed Academy crowd to a set featuring truly unique renditions of favourites by The Rolling Stones, Joan Baez, the Pogues and Frank Ocean.
Elsewhere originals such as ‘The Moon’ and ‘The Greatest’ peppered a masterclass in understated yet emotive performance.
Armed with just an acoustic guitar touring guest Arsun (aka New Yorker Arsun Sorrenti) provided several pin-drop moments with sparse Dylanesque tunes such as his latest release ‘Splinter The Evening’.
