Whipping Boy announce September date at The Academy

With a host of gigs already played this summer and a bunch of big ones still to come (including a slot at Indiependence), the now-permanent reunion of Whipping Boy is set to rumble on into Autumn.

Founding members Fearghal McKee and Colm Hassett will take to the Academy stage in Dublin on Saturday September 17. Longtime guitarist Killian McGowan and new members Joey and Finn will complete the line-up.

The Academy show will see the boys play their critically-acclaimed 1995 album Heartworm in full.
