Wet Leg announce upcoming album moisturizer, out July 11
This summer, the band will perform at festivals like Glastonbury, Primavera and Radio 1's Big Weekend.
Wet Leg have announced the release of their second album moisturizer, out on July 11.
Put out through Domino, the band dropped the first single from the project titled ‘catch these fists,’ paired with an accompanying music video. They have a series of live performances planned starting in April, across the UK and Europe with one date in Los Angeles. Pre-sale for their May 2025 UK tour begins on April 9 at 10 a.m., with general sales kicking off on April 11. Fans can pre-order their upcoming album for access to the first pre-sale.
In March of last year, the band traveled to Southwold to write their next album.
“We were just kind of having fun and exploring,” said guitarist Hester Chambers.
Through this collaboration, all five members of Wet Leg are credited as writers on moisturizer.
“We focussed on: Is this going to be fun to play live? It was very natural that we would write the second record together,” said lead vocalist Rhian Teasdale.
Wet Leg’s 2022 self-titled debut album garnered No.1 chart placements, three Grammys, two BRITs and more than half a billion streams. They chose once again to work with producer Dan Carey.
