A brand new track from the Waterford dance collective has just dropped…
Ahead of their Electric Picnic appearance this coming Sunday, acclaimed Waterford dance act King Kong Company have just dropped a brand new track. Filmed on the road during a summer of festivals (including their Glastonbury debut and a rather unlikely gig at one of President Higgins’ Aras garden parties), the video was made on their phones and from footage that fans sent in.
If you look carefully you’ll spot Hot Press ‘Hot for 2017’ pick Susan O’Neill in some of the footage. When she’s not getting her trad on with Sharon Shannon, rocking it up with Propeller Palms, or playing her own solo material, SON is keeping King Kong Company, em, company…
