Walking On Cars Release New Single 'Coldest Water'
Walking on Cars new album Colours will be released April 12 via Virgin EMI.
Walking on Cars released a new single, 'Coldest Water', taken from their upcoming album Colours.
In a song that is both deeply personal and catchy, singer Patrick Sheehy reflects on his relationship with alcohol. 'Coldest Water' captures Sheehy’s split mind: on one hand, wanting to stay clean and sober, but on the other wanting to sabotage it all.
"I could never do the “lets go for a drink” thing. It was either stay at home or go out and wake up in a bush somewhere,”said Sheehy in a press statement.
The release of 'Coldest Water' follows the recent announcement of a major European headline tour for the band, whose debut catapulted them to fame here in their homeland and abroad, this spring. The band will be playing at Waterfront Hall in Belfast on May 21, 3Arena in Dublin May 23 and The Irish Independent Park in Cork on June 21.
