Take That have cancelled tonight's Liverpool show due to the Manchester attack
Take That have announced that they have cancelled their show tonight at the Liverpool Echo Arena following the terrorist attack in Manchester on Monday night during a concert by Ariana Grande.
The band, who are all from the Manchester area, have cancelled the gig 'out of respect to the people and their families that were affected.'
The latest information indicate that 22 people were killed at least 59 injured in a suicide bomb attack that took place as Grande's performance ended.
A 23 year old man has been arrested as a part of the investigation.
Take That played the Liverpool Echo Arena last night, and were due to play again tonight before performing in the Manchester Arena this Thursday and Friday. At the present time the band have made no comment on whether the Manchester performances will go ahead as scheduled.
...we have decided to postpone our show tonight in Liverpool. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
