Finnish DJ Kiki has lived in Berlin for the past decade and the influence of the world’s capital of electronic music is evident throughout his debut album. Apart from a succession of grinding house tracks that are equal parts Bpitch and Get Physical, there’s the riotous bleep techno of current single ‘The End Of The World’, the Maurizio-influenced ‘Up’ and, at the other end of the spectrum, the plaintive piano keys and melancholy hooks of ‘Turn The Lights Down’.
