Red Rock star Adam Weafer's band to release their debut EP
The actor/singer-songwriter, who plays the role of David Hennessy in the TV3 soap, is preparing to dive into a new endeavor, with the formation of his band ‘Where’s Luke?’
Weafer will be performing the lead vocals and guitar for the band’s upcoming EP, accompanied by his bandmates, Adam Hogan on lead guitar, Luke Byrne on drums, Craig Mulvagh on bass.
The band have been hard at work in the Acoustic Studios, perfecting their self-titled debut EP. Bass player Craig Mulvagh is taking over production duties, having only recently completed producing Sharon Shannon’s tenth studio album, Sacred Earth.
The transition from the set to the stage should not prove overly difficult for Weafer, who despite his success with TV3, has previously stated that music is his first love. The multi talented Cabinteely man has previously played a string of gigs in New York, and is a proficient writer of music.
Have a listen to the band’s EP preview clip to get a taste of what to expect from Where’s Luke? The band are expected to announce the details of their launch night for the EP soon.
