A Raye of Light at Electric Picnic
A breath of fresh air for Electric Picnic
British songstress Raye has amassed quite the cult following, with crowds filling up the entire space of the intimate Little Big Stage.
Fans lose their minds as she takes to the stage, delving straight into some of her most well known tracks.
Looking out into the crowd, she tells Electric Picnic goers that the Irish people are her favourite to perform for - a comment which garners a rapturous applause.
Having only burst onto the music scene in recent times, Raye has more than made her mark.
The highlight of the set is a song which she sampled from Craig David. Made up of Spanish guitar strings and a pulsing beat, it shows off Raye's impressive vocal ability and domineering stage presence.
As the sun sets on her ELectric Picnic performance, all we can do is watch as she continues her ascend to super-stardom.
