Primordial announce Dublin show next year
The Irish metal band will take over 3Olympia on November 6, 2027.
Irish metal band Primordial have announced a headline show at 3Olympia Theatre, Dublin on November 6, 2027. They will be performing their two biggest albums To The Nameless Dead and The Gathering Wilderness in full.
They will be joined by special guests Towards The Sinister- featuring original members of My Dying Bride, and Mourning Beloveth – playing The Sullen Sulcus in full.
Formed in Skerries in 1991, Primordial spent much of their career concocting a unique blend of extreme and death metal fused with Celtic sensibilities.
They released their last album How It Ends in 2023, celebrating over 30 years as a band.
“It makes me proud to think we’ve lasted so long,” comments vocalist A.A. Nemtheanga. “It feels like so long ago but yet also I have memories that seem like last week – youth is wasted on the young, huh?
“Blink and you miss it, but in the grand scheme to be able to make music, have someone give a fuck about it, travel, and perform it, was what you would have wanted when you were 16 and here we are.”
Tickets for Primordial as 3Olympia go on sale Friday, October 9 here.
