Picture This announce Christmas Belfast and Dublin gigs
The Home For Christmas shows will take place on December 27 and 29.
Picture This have announced gigs in Belfast’s SSE Arenana on December 27, and in Dublin’s 3Arena on December 29 as part of their special Home for Christmas shows.
It marks the band’s return to Dublin, after their sold-out headline performance at St Anne’s Park, Dublin in June 2024, which was followed by a sold-out run of four coastal regions they never played before.
They also played a series of nine gigs across the country this summer, including festivals like Cork's Live at the Marquee and Galway International Arts Festival.
The announcement follows the release of Picture This’ latest single ‘Heart over Head’, a collaboration with German artist Joris and a reinvention of his domestic hit ‘Herz über Kopf’, with a music video filmed in Dublin.
From Athy, Kildare, Picture This are Ryan Hennessy, Jimmy Rainsford, Owen Cardiff and Cliff Deane. Formed around 2015, they have become a staple of contemporary Irish music, with two number one and two number two albums in the Irish charts.
Tickets for Picture This’ special Home for Christmas shows are priced from €52.55 (3Arena) and £41.90 (SSE Arena) and go on sale this Friday, August 22 at 10am here.
