Omar Apollo releases new single, 'Go Away'

Omar Apollo has released a new song, 'Go Away.' His latest single, co-produced by Apollo himself alongside Carter Lang and Chromeo, is the first to come after his 2020 debut, Apolonio. The new release was also accompanied by a music video directed by Jenna Marsh.

The 24-year-old from Indiana first got his start in music by sharing his music on YouTube and self-releasing his first EP, Stereo. Apollo, a first-generation Mexican-American, often incorporates a mix of Spanish and English in his music, like in his songs 'Dos Uno Nueve (219)' and 'Algo.'

In addition to his music career, Apollo also has a hot sauce called "Disha Hot," which he says has been made using a family recipe and "mucho amor."

Last month, Apollo announced his 2021 North American tour, which is set to begin in July in Chicago and run until November.
