Nick Lowe announces show at National Concert Hall
Tickets start from €35.00 and go on sale this Friday, 22 March, via nch.ie
Famed English singer-songwriter Nick Lowe has just announced a show at Dublin's National Concert Hall on 28 September 2024.
With a career spanning 40 years, Lowe is a singular artist who became a noted figure of pub rock and power pop with hit singles such as the 1979 hit single 'Cruel to Be Kind,' 'So It Goes' and 'I Love the Sound of Breaking Glass.' He is also a renowned producer, known for his work with Elvis Costello, Graham Parker and others.
Following a short-lived stint as a pop-star and a lengthy term as a "musicians’ musician," Lowe hit the ground running for a second act with his unparalleled stage presence and musical prowess.
Starting with 1994 LP The Impossible Bird through to The Old Magic in 2011, the 'Cruel to Be Kind' singer has turned out an incredible string of albums, each one devised in his West London home studio and recorded with a core of musicians who possess the same veteran savvy. Lowe brings repartee and understated excellence to every performance.
Tickets for his National Concert Hall show in September start from €35.00 and go on sale this Friday, 22 March, and will be available to purchase here.
