New videos from Denise Chaila performance at Other Voices Ballina

Denise Chaila always brings her own electric energy to every performance and Other Voices Ballina has now released two videos of her show back in February.

Other Voices first met Denise when she performed alongside Rusangano Family in St. James' Church in 2016. Three years later, she gave us two solo releases with 'Dual Citizenship' and 'Copper Bullet' and there were multiple appearances on Sim Simma's incredible 'Pass The Aux Cord' EP with 'Man Like Me' quickly garnering airplay.

In February 2020, Denise was a part of our Hot for 2020 Irish Acts, with her unique brand of rap and spoken word embracing both Irish culture and her Zambian roots

Tonight Other Voices will bring us the second instalment from the Welsh town, Cardigan.

Be sure to tune in for performances from Boy Azooga, the musical project of Welsh musician Davey Newington. And Lucy Rose who will perform songs from her record 'No Words Left'.

Hayden Thorpe formerly of the band Wild Beasts, now performing as a solo artist, is going to present material from his album Diviner. While 9Bach - the six piece group formed by singer and pianist Lisa Jên, will showcase the Welsh language in their folk songs.
