Mullingar rocker Scally releases music video for latest single ‘Guilty’
Ethan Scally, known on stage simply by his last name, has released the music video for his latest single, ‘Guilty,’ filmed by Conor English.
The video features Scally dressed in various tracksuits and yellow aviators reminiscent of the ‘70s. In a dizzying series of high aperture shots, Scally is shown frolicking through the streets of Amsterdam, ducking in and out of sex shops, peep shows, and the like, singing: “I said I’m guilty, yeah yeah / So lock me up and throw away the key.”
The artist from Mullingar describes the video as, “a tale of minor to major misdemeanours that come with a reckless and sometimes silly attitude of not giving a fuck that youthfulness brings.”
Scally will be headlining Midnight Hour at Upstairs at Whelans next Friday, 19 July.
