Miley Cyrus's Younger Sister Makes Debut
It's in the family
16-year old Noah Cyrus is following in her family's footsteps. The singer has signed a major record deal, spurring the release of her very first single 'Make Me (Cry).' Considered her debut, the song surprisingly strays from the typical tween-pop song. Rather, Noah introduces herself to listeners with an emotive ballad, paired with the smooth vocals of English recording artist, Labrinth.
Although 'Make Me (Cry)' is her debut single, she previously recorded the 'Ponyo Theme Song' is 2009 with the younger Jonas brother, Frankie. Noah also has experience with several childhood acting roles, including an appearance beside her sister, Miley, in Hannah Montana.
Noah is the last of the Cyrus clan to immerse herself into the music industry. Older brother, Trace, is lead guitarist and backing vocals for the American pop band, Metro Station. And of course, the father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is best known for creating country music.
