Live Review: George Fitzgerald @ Forbidden Fruit 2016
London born DJ George Fitzgerald was the king of the Undergrowth stage castle during his set. With the tent packed to capacity he wasted no time in getting the crowd moving. He attentively live mixed his tracks of the hour, reading the crowd like a record spinning hawk.
Every set of eyes in the tent were fixed on Fitzgerald and his vibrant light show. Think of it as the Tron movies crossed with vinyl spinning and you've got it. After a chorus of "oh, oh, oooh" from the crowd Fitzgerald held them firmly in his hands. Teasing the drop to one of his tracks, the crowd were held on their tip toes eagerly anticipating their next chance to go a little more crazy. A blinding burst of lime green fills the tent, the drop hits and the crowd surge in a dance spree.
